Hi, I'm from Chandigarh and I got your rose plants 3 days back. They are very good and healthy with thick branches and roots. Also I like that uou shipped them bare root and not packed in clay mud.
Sir point no 4 in your T&C where u say you are not responsible for delay or damage or whatsoever once you've despatched the plants.... In this regard I'd like to ask you are you responsible for a packaging of the plant in a way that it is not prone to damage? I would like to bring this to your notice that I ordered a standard rose plant for rs 400 from Pushpanjali Ashoke When the package arrived it looked like I had ordered a long stick. It was thin and covered in a brown thin carton cover that was bent from the first 1/5 th portion . When I opened it there were just three layers of packaging the main plant stick, with a broken pieve of stake and the plant snapped at the grafting point...all of this hellically covered in a plastic wrap or something and the carton cover rolled around it that too thin carton. It was not even in a narrow tubular carton box like all other nurseries send plants. I immediately took pictures and sent it to the owners on wjatsapp ...but got no response whatsoever. Nobody answered on the call....there was no customer suport The poorest packaging I had ever seen...when I shop from plants nurseries a lot Now you might say it's not Pushpanjali Ashoke but Bareilly nursery but I'm bringign it here because all pushpanjali nurseries use This name as a USP....and that is where the customer is cheated .... My money got wasted and I swore I'd never order plants from this site. More than the money it sthe horrible way of packaging that alarms one to understand that there's no way the plant will arrive healthy at your doorstep.
