Vero needs a skill regen speed party buff, for her passive to activate, and it's dumb and stupid since you need a party buff(like from FK) to her passive works. Should get a rework on my opinion.
Sorry i have to take that out of my heart.

It works on regen speed from gear or regen speed from kamazone artifacts. Her kit itself is bad outside of WSR comps anyway.
