Makes me even happier that we're as self-sufficient as we are with the prices in the stores lately. Two massive gardens, I harvest and preserve as much as I can (pickles, various tomato products, beans, etc), raise chickens for eggs then eventually the freezer, have two goats (milk) and joined a bartering group on FB with locals in my county here in Michigan. What I don't have I can trade with others. Hubby hunts our 20 acres for deer in the fall and winter to fill our two freezers- we NEVER have a recall on our lettuce, meat, etc. Do what you can people, it's gonna get worse.
If you cut 3-4 CM up from the roots of the onions and put them into 2- 2/12 CM of water, they will grow another batch of green for you.I do it all the time.(Change the water every day or so.) Please, if you want to eat healthier, get Herb OX or Wellsey Farm's bouillon, as Knorr and Goya are almost all MSG. I am sorry that I have not been online and possibly missed some of your a Michelle's videos. My brother took a turn for the worse and I went to hospice with him until the end. It was very hard and has taken its toll on me with the sleep I lost and the stress, even though the staff took just about as much care of me as they did my brother. Prayers and love to you both.
Have a great week, you two! Thanks for sharing your grocery haul. My mom loved the small cans of pop because they were just the right size for her. My grandson loves the Annie’s Mac and cheese. So good. God bless you both!
Glad to see the new video. I missed and was concerned about you guys. I enjoy seeing packaging and prices from your country. Thankful though that prices aren’t quite that high in the US. God bless you both!
Thank you again Kevin n Michelle for another fun n informative video. Your prices r worse than ours, but ours r going up every week too. A grocery budget is almost impossibly anymore. So nice to c u r bk w us. I hope ur fur baby is doing well. Hugs to u all for keeping us informed. 😊🤗🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Just in case you buy a lot of grapes and you cannot eat them all before they go bad. You can freeze grapes and they are amazing frozen. Just wash them, dry them and place them on a cookie sheet freeze them and then into a container or baggy.
Great hauls. It was good to see new items and hppe that you will let us know how you liked them. I hope that y'all aren't in Debbie's path. Stay safe if you are. ❤ and 🙏
Glad you’re both well. I hope you’re enjoying your summer? It’s getting closer to spring here in NZ and I can’t wait. Great grocery haul. I have been going through my supplies and seeing what gaps I have. It’s hard with crazy prices isn’t it? Take care and it’s great your work hours have increased.
Here in Pennsylvania we were worried about you two. Glad all is well. Are you able to talk about the state of things in Canada? We were always very interested in that. Oh and we chuck things at old bottles filled with water. We think k it’s fun too.
I figured you were busy at work when I didn’t see a video, but so glad you had the work. Going through my preps to see if anything is outdated and can be eaten and seeing if I need to stock up on anything for the winter. Blessings to you both.🥰
I drive back and forth to Woodstock almost weekly and when I drive by an Armour truck I wonder if you’re driving. You are both awesome and tell Michelle I have made her upside down pizza twice and it was a hit!!
I so shop like you two the stuff you get too funny. I live in rural NW NJ called the Skylands no Suoer stores here, which sucks. I dislike Bananas. Also, my senses say nope no like. I ger little ginger ale cans also too just perfect and don't go flat. Annie's is good. I get that. Try Buschs' baked beans, and there is a veg style that is delicious. Where is Kitty ? God bless and take care.
I got a good deal on steaks for the grull this week at sobeys o i think im gonna do thst and some corn on the cob and baked potato today yum.....i drink diet canada dry too when i want pop
God Bless you both too! So glad to see you. Glad you are safe. Thought about ya'll when I heard about all the wild fires in Canada. Good thing to keep those chucking skills fresh - My husband and I just discussed our need to get out and do some chucking and I like the idea to use plastic bottles! I think we will fill them up with colored water - that should be really satisfying! Anyway - thanks for sharing your haul - I love the variety that Michelle selects. Those tunas look like they would be really good - don't think I can find them here. Praying for you and Michelle. Take care - I am thinking that I will be meeting you both in person pretty soon with the way things are going in the world - If you know what I mean!
Cilantro & lime rice will be great with tacos, or pork or chicken. If you do like the flavor combo, it does come in a bottle. Garlic/cilantro/lime mix, don't remember the brand name.😊
I'm glad you don't block people. I have given you an earful a time or two. But it's your life and you get to live it the way you want. HeckofA Good dip. Nothing wrong with standing on principle. I wish people (including myself) didn't use crass language so much. Do you all have Aldi's in Atlantic Canada? They have really good deals and the quality of their products is generally just fine. Their hummus is much, much cheaper. Thanks for the video.
Great haul👌 Can you tell me how you eat the Rio Mare tuna salads? Do you add stuff to them, or make a sandwich or salad with them, I know I would like them but just not sure how to eat them, thanks for sharing❣️
Has Michelle tried ghee instead of the lactose free butter? You can make your own from regular butter and it removes the lactose. Saves the sticker price but I do get you guys are always so busy cooking and working and making content it might be too much to make ghee.
Interesting I don't see the same price increase picture here in Thailand Bangkok..or nearby se-asian countries like vietnam cambodia singapore indonesia where I travel often in my work based in Bangkok. Some things have gone up normally, but no massive price increases like in Europe and America, Canada, Australia Nz etc It's like the whole western world driving themselves and the people into poverty these days
Prices are crazy....I feel bad for large families.
I thought I was just missing your video but I'm glad your back. I thought our prices were bad in the states but yours are terrible.
Just a heads up ... if you don’t follow Under the Median you might wish to check out last nights post regards the new pricing practices...👵🏻

It's good that work has been plentiful. Just keep in mind to put a little something away for a rainy day. Take care.

I love the Organic Meadows plain Yogurt I have it with a bit of maple syrup some blueberries and a sprinkle of ground flax. Yum what a treat. ❤️🇨🇦

I cannot handle the texture of bananas, but I will buy them to make banana bread. I do like the flavor of bananas.

Do you all have Aldi's in Atlantic Canada? They have really good deals and the quality of their products is generally just fine. Their hummus is much, much cheaper.
Thanks for the video.
We absolutely do and have blocked people from this channel. We don’t tolerate abuse here. We do not have Aldi’s.
Didn't see any cat litter or cat food in the haul. Hope Two Pea is doing well.
Great haul👌 Can you tell me how you eat the Rio Mare tuna salads? Do you add stuff to them, or make a sandwich or salad with them, I know I would like them but just not sure how to eat them, thanks for sharing❣️
