Hey ! So a little explanation:D!
The pills that William gives to C.C because in my au C.C suffers from a sudden headache, and also because William convinces C.C. that he sees unreal things like nightmares, so he also gives him the pills for illusion. When c.c waked up he didn't really remember what happened so he just imagined that william helped him and bring him to sleep even tho he randomly fainted and michael helped him . C.C fainted or fell asleep first time because William put a sleep pill in his milk or something like that for some reasons . And if you wanna know why Elizabeth and c.c overreacted to the nosebleed That's because they are kids and basically don't like to see blood + that one didn't stop bleeding so they got scared.

C.C also after Elizabeth's death started to see more illusions . The pills actually don't do so much to c.c but william keeps make him take it because he thinks that its important, btw c.c fainted because William put a sleep pill in his milk for some reasons .. hope u understands ! ♡
