Lovely project. I know this comment is a little late but a great hack is to temporarily stick the tags and the numbers to a thin piece of cardstock to use as a handle before you emboss so you don’t leave tweezer marks!!!!
Thanks for the video. I've done the same by freehand cutting the base from cereal boxes and using numbers/letters stickers from the dollar store. I put the whole thing together first then emboss or simply paint with metallic paints.

doing home improvement , painting patriotic signage, and of course working on lots and lots of embellies for crazy journals!! Hi & welcome! You can get the numbers by searching numbers dies. I know sizzle offers some . Most craft stores will offer them as well. Hope that helps

They were unbranded but if you look up numbers dies you will find several suppliers
