Understanding how blockchain works and identifying myths about its powers are the first steps to developing blockchain technologies.
Blockchain is an algorithm and distributed data structure for managing electronic cash without a central administrator among people who know nothing about one another. Originally designed for the crypto-currency Bitcoin, the blockchain architecture was driven by a radical rejection of at (government-guaranteed) money and bank-controlled payments.
Blockchain is a special instance of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs), almost all of which have emerged in Bitcoin's wake.
HOW DOES BLOCKCHAIN WORK?
Blockchain is a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) that was invented to support the Bitcoin cryptocurrency. Bitcoin was motivated by an extreme rejection of government-guaranteed money and bank-controlled payments. The developer of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto envisioned people spending money without friction, intermediaries, regulation or the need to know or trust other parties.
Technically, the original blockchain is separable from Bitcoin, but this report will show that the blockchain design is so specific to Bitcoin that it's not a good fit for much else.
The central problem in electronic cash is Double Spend. Because pure electronic money is just data, nothing stops a currency holder from trying to spend it twice. Blockchain solves the Double Spend problem without a digital reserve fund or similar form of umpire.
Blockchain monitors and verifies Bitcoin transactions by calling upon a decentralized network of volunteer-run nodes to, in effect, vote on the order in which transactions occur. The network's algorithm ensures that each transaction is unique.

@@avinashb8180 if you're making the changes means then you gotta edit accordingly the succeeding & preceding data of that particular block for example like in this video the records of land's sale from 1970-2010 years and you wanna edit the name of the person who owned in 2002 as it was wrongly uploaded(Avinesh to Avinash) then you gotta change data in the succeeding block too (Previous owner name as- Avinash).This editing should be verified by all the authorities too. After verification & approval only the correction will be updated.
@@avinashb8180 if i understand the ledger method correctly, the "mistake" remains as is but an additional block is added to correct it.
A blockchain doesn't have to be distributed. The only requirement is that the "blocks" of data are hashed and linked sequentially by including the preceding hash in the newest block. [Hash: deterministically reduce some data down to a "key". The important feature being that the same specific data will produce the exact same key, regardless of any other factors (time, computer, etc.).]
Most of what was explained was actually a specific consensus algorithm for handling a particular distributed ledger (Bitcoin). In general, the consensus resched is about which node gets to be the "central authority" on each update.
Investing is a way to set aside money while you are busy with life and have that money work for you so that you can fully reap the rewards of your labor in the future. Invest wisely.

You have to get a financial-advisor/broker to aid you diversify your portfolios to include commodities, inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, as opposed to growth stocks where valuations were based on future potential earnings.

There is an unlimited amount of fiat to buy a finite quantity of Bitcoin. Ths U.S. dollar is backed by nothing and the government can (and does) print as much of it as it wants. Every major bank you can think of has employees on staff working on internal blockchains because they have a fiduciary responsibility to use it; it’s faster, more efficient, reduces costs, reduces staff required to crunch numbers and it is less hackable. Yes, this includes whatever bank you deal with.Fud whatever you want about bitcoin or crypto but aaying blockchain is going away is like saying the internet is going away. Blockchain use will grow exponentially in the next 5 years and be used in finance, charities, voting, construction; badically anything you can think of.

This is a terrible explanation of Blockchain. It's the usual dumbed down nonsense of "a computer solves a puzzle and everyone else verifies it". How on earth can anyone actually understand blockchain from this? This is why so many people are piling blindly into cryptos (and the usual "my friend made a million so it must be great"). It's also why we have other comments saying "I don't trust it" and "it's all a scam", if all I knew was what was in this video I'd be sure it was a scam. The reality is fairly straightforward and you do need to understand hashing, there are plenty of great sites and videos out there I am not going to recommend any particular one but please, do your reseacrh before watching stuff like this and then thinking "Great, I've got it, let's put my money into Bitcoin"

Invetsing is simply the science of money making more money for you but its important you know that it's one thing to invest and another to invest rightly. Yes it's TRUE many do not have the required knowledge needed to change that fact but one change you can definitely implement at the moment is to choose to start investing rightly.
I do wish I started investing earlier in life. I didn't start investing until my early 30's and while I'm glad to be where I am now, there are certain things that I wish the younger me had known.
Most people who have made money in the markets tend to say the same thing concerning investing which is the earlier you start investing the better off you'll be.
Meanwhile before making any investment decision it's important you take time to assess your financial situation especially if you've never made a financial plan before because the first step to successful investing is personal assessment which involves figuring out your goals and risk tolerance.

For reason 2: Proof of Work to create trust in data,
1) What is the purpose of the cryptographic puzzle?
2) How can one be in the network that verifies the proof-of-work? How are these selected people in this network chosen?
The people who are involved in the transaction . As in if it is a matter of land then court authorities for land verification and income tax department,previous owners etc they will be linked with this system for verification.
Cryptographic puzzle is sort of a payment you make to access the network. In some network you earn bitcoins, in such network you earn proof of work/ verification you require.
This is my own understanding from this video I might be wrong. But this is what I understood. :)
