Latest Update (4/25/2024) "Added ability to launch practice matches and workshop maps with party members" no longer need to do this :) ignore below stuff will keep this video up for idk historical use. I'd recommend turning off the port forward options when your not using it but i think you should be ok to leave it on stay safe. Not working? Try this 1. Open up PowerShell as an administrator. 2. Copy and paste these four lines into powershell (and hit enter) to make changes in windows firewall. In fact, this update function is invalid, I and friends online to enter the creative workshop, he can not connect to the server, so now I still need to use the way to share IP to join the game.😂
Wtf man,we are in 2024 and we need all this s...t,they need to add this by default, it reminds me of Internet Cafe era.CS 1.6 was the best when it come to 1 vs 1 maps and customs maps...CS2 is garbage anyway.
I don’t believe this is how the internet works? Your ipv4 shown with the ipconfig command is your internal ipv4 what really matters is the port forwarding which lets ppl connect to your public ip Idk though… I live in us please let me know
@@r3nnoc But the network is natted, the IP you will see on every "check my IP" website will be the ISPs IP - typically only one or maybe few but from same physical location for the whole country with this ISP. Port forwarding will be done here and there and of course there is also ipv6 working and everyone nas different IP as intended. The port forwarding part is easy, because to use internet you need mandatory equipment provided by the ISP - router with prioprietary skftwate. ISP can control it 24/7, assign different ipv6 adresses and so on This design makes some services unusable, but happens rarely and if you need those you can buy dedicated ipv4. For me, in Poland, my public IP is shown by most of the websites, as a IP located in the country capital city, from which I live smth like 160km (100miles). My ISP can assign for the users in the whole country maximum of 256 ipv6 unique adresses. The userbase is estimated to be around 2 millilion. Thats a lot of routing.
thats not how it works, you have the ipv4 that is local (ips that are on your house only) and then you have the public ip that yes only one can exist, it is like this anywhere in the world
@@crazy_beast Of course I have local ipv4. But in two different homes, two different routers, from the same ISP, they both share the same public ipv4 address.

Worked with 27015 thank you man!! Liked and subscribed 👍
So sad that its gotten this ridiculous that you have to do all this shit to do something so simple in the original. Just a straight downgrade
Average multi billion company behavior
It worked for me thank you brother

thanks
Wow
Should you do this process everytime or is it a one-time thing?
One time thing
the website is complicated, i couldn't find the porting part
we need conn on tenda wife
Most of IPS in Europe have one ipv4 adress for the whole country and only ipv6 for clients. Can't do this like this.
