Honestly I have long said that this sort of goes beyond just a prank for basically everyone. Especially the way he gets the numbers. People need to realize there are people out there who thrive on you leaving your personal information out and vulnerable for anyone to grab. Like the best case scenario is someone takes it and does nothing with it obviously, but honestly if it came down to someone having to choose between someone stealing their identity or pranking them they'd obviously rather get pranked any day of the week. It's a public service of sorts, reminding people to be more careful with their information. It may not translate well to everyone but I guarantee some people have gotten more careful about putting their information out there after having a run in with someone like RBCP.
