The great part is how light those aluminum parts are compared to steel.

Has anyone looked in to the EGO 56-Volt 7.5 Ah Battery for use in a bike build yet? Awesome work, building metal custom parts yourself is impressive, but rather concerning when you accumulate all that aluminum metal "shrapnel" bits and probably dust... Don't sneeze!

Bro that is a sweet project, but time consuming! and I hope to god you didnt use some li-ion crap that is gonna burn your balls off in 2-3 years! I got 50 LiFePo4's im putting on some vehicles this winter...If you got a pipe bender to go along with that welder, and you live in Canada, you may just have a job to build 10 trikes!

Cool and all but, really your just showing off the equipment.. Thats a great skill but I can build a bike with equal quality for around 800$. For those that dont have a cnc machine shop at their disposal lol, just buy good parts and put it together. All kinds of options to make yours "custom".

No . I machined the fork. I made it from zero.
