- An ambitious career woman unknowingly becomes a pawn in a corporate war between two rival companies and gets caught in a web that shatters her professional and personal life.
This movie gives an important lesson :- Never trust anybody in corporate and never engage yourself personally in corporate's legal matters. One should be extremely careful while taking any legal responsibilities on corporate's behalf - be selfish and if compelled to take legal responsibility, its always better to resign and join some other company.

I must say that during school days I hated this film. And now, after being part of the corporate I realize this film was way ahead of its time. The research behind this film is so meticulous that it surprises me. It feels sad that I never appreciated this film till today.

In modern scenario the proverb should go like this "Everything is fair in love, war, business and politics". Only those who are without emotions and who take decisions using there mind are very much likely to succeed in the Corporate world.
Remember watching this movie in 2007. Whether they believe it or not, all wrongdoers have to suffer in hell. Laws of nature (under supervision of God) are very stringent.

It's good to be competitive but it's important to stay within your limits. Unfortunately Bipasa's character failed to acknowledge that something could go wrong because of her actions as everything had been smooth without any road blocks till then. Her overambitious nature cost her a lot and at the same time ruined her life forever.
Real good movie but it is hard to believe that a person of that caliber like Pervaiz Merchant who is the CEO of a big company is so easy gullible.
