Hi, I'm an international and would like to learn more about grocery shopping in Seoul! How convenient is it to get to grocery stores to buy fresh food? I heard more people are going online to shop for fresh food nowadays. Do DM me!
the creator is showing u hands on about grocery stores... the creator also goes to multiple different stores... what more could u ask for? LOL
quick tip.... meat at the later parts of the day i think past 8PM? they price them down b4 closing... so u can get fresh meat the next day or freeze for a cheaper price!
the 1+1 prices might have a sooner to expire expiration date.. hense why its 1+1... just a heads up! its designed to get rid of the old product without getting spoiled n cannot sell... sooo think of it like this... a 1+1 for a small carton of milk might end in 3 days but the new rotational product might last for 10-12 days
just what they are doing in korean markets!
also fresh produce dont mean "fresh" they will give u the oldest stuff first to get rid of it for the first one! like if u shop for milk n u buy it online? they gonna give u the nearist expire date n give u that one... if u go to the store u search towards the back the one has the longer expire date to last longer...
this is a miss conception with online buying... they are trained to do the nearer expire date... HOPE this helps u! its called product rotation... all places do it even mcdonalds with their freezer and cooler stocks... they loose less money that way after all its a business
