Opportunity Win Rates Report

Hi
I have one scenario.
I have total win rate.
Then I have three regions with BDMs in each region.now I have to calculate avg win rate for each region.then I need to compare each BDM in particular region with that regions avg win rate.
Please let me know the measures calculations and how we can show in power bi.
Also if in table or matrix how to color code based on avg win rate.eg if BDM1 in Asia has win rate less than avg win rate of Asia ,then value should be colored red background.

I'm pretty sure you can do this by bucketing closed won and closed lost and then doing your calculations on the buckets rather than creating custom fields.

Didnt see how you create the report and the chart - looks like u went through the details I didnt see the creation of the report ?

Hi Anthony, one easy way to create the reports is to install our free dashboard from the AppExchange; it contains a full set of reports / charts including the ones in this video.
