I have had the exact same thing happen to me at Walgreens and CVS photo. I don’t understand how somehow I am responsible for anticipating the disconnect between the app pickup time and the time they get around to it lmao.
My favourite coffee brand is definitely Starbucks, I love buying their beans because then I can make coffee at home that tastes just like if I bought it, without it being crazy expensive. 💕
I do agree it is always better to just be kind but lets be real, customer service and minimum wage jobs can be so draining, its not fair to be rude but it can be hard to fake it some days and its usually never personal

If I was you I would call it into the management or if for some reason she was unfortunately the manager I would call corporate. Sounds like she needs a little class on respect.
