Yes you can look at next part questions. But I suggest you to check your answers in those 30 seconds because at the end of part 4 you will get only 2-3 minutes to review your answers. You will not get extra 10 minutes as in Paper Based Test. So it's upto you if you choose to check answers or look at the next part questions. I hope it clears your doubt.

Hello!! In computer based Ielts can we check part 2 or 3 or 4 questions while being in part 1 ?
You will have time to see questions at the start of each section. So don't be impatient to look all questions at once.
