I don't know if this would help but I wrote this as a consecration to St. Joseph to ask for his help. Part of the prayer was asking him to protect my purity and imagination and memories.

Ordered towards what, sir? The Church is merely bringing you the teaching of God, ordered towards union with Him in eternity. The shame is not due to safety or nature, but due to the disorder. That shame does not come from the Church or God but from our own conscience. Might want to listen to it.

So he says " since now were all a bunch of snowflakes, and don't want take responsibility for bad actions, and only for the good actions"? Since when in the history of mankind that hasn't been the case? Church is a good example, for 1000 yrs they did damnedest to shuffle bad priest, bishops around that sexually abused children, that certainly wasn't organization, or people that took their responsibility for their bad actions willingly - for they kept all the bad actors in play when they blatantly knew about it? until it came to ahead in 2001,2002 with Boston Globe story.
Stupid priests and bishops set a bad example, you are so right. But that doesn’t make it right, and I’m sure you’re in agreement? The Church doesn’t teach the bad example, instead it’s closer to what these guys are saying. “Prayer, fasting, alms-giving … mortify the flesh … with help from the Mystical Body” and “custody of the imagination”
The Truth stands on its own.
@@QuentinNeill You can have bad apples in any organization, but when that organization itself tries to cover it up , that's Where the problem starts. How are you suppose to have faith,and beliefs for institution that can't even be accountable for itself? And than out the other side of thier mouth they try and tell you how your conduct your life? This isn't the mob where backstabbing and abuse are just part of the job description. Were talking about ,this place that is supposed to be a loving safe place to be.
