My father said he regretted having me as a firstborn. My mother regrets having me born. Most of my friends have abandoned me. I left my school because of my depression and grades. I almost made an attempt on my life on a train track. The only reason I can stand today months later is because of the belief that this isn’t the end. I always come back to this when my motivation for fitness starts to slow down. Last year I stopped making excuses and turned myself from an obese man to an athlete. 70 pounds down. Do not give up! This has been one of the toughest weeks of my life. Now it's about 1-am and I slept only 4 hours/day in about last months. I've got tired so searched for motivational videos and played this video. Now I feel like a dragon
I understand your goal here but are you sure that's medically good for you? I wanted to do the same but after a discussion with a cousin of mine, which is a doctor, after he described the risks for the health i decided to work over my time managment instead of sleeping less than 7-8 hours on each 24 hours. For instance i still get up early... 04:30-05:30, depends. I go to sleep at about 10-11pm and sometimes i take another hour of sleep in the late afternoon. So i'm productive, i'm taking my sleep which helps also for memory, focus and reactions, i still get up early and i have 16 hours for productivity. I have emotional and physical balance in this way. I train a lot, i work a lot. I feel myself good in this way. I want to sleep less and to perform more but i think the health risks are too serious and it doesn't worth it.
I am in state of depression but now I am thinking to make my life meaningful, thank you 🙏💕 for your wonderful and touching words, it's completely life changing speech, thank u again
I am also battling depression, but am throwing of that mantle. I am in therapy weekly. Try you local health department, here it is free for low income or no income. I make $50,000 less than I have in the past three years which has caused to doubt who I am. The transition is hard but so worth it, I thank God for this transition as it is giving me time to know who I really am and what I want for my life. Another great help has been Pastor Mike Todd of Transformation Church. Listen to his segments Damaged Goods, it will change your life. Even if you hate church and religion, it will change your life. I had it all. A loving family, a good job, money, a house, a car, a fast bike. You name it, I had it. Until I didn't. Until I lost it all because of my illness. Al I have now is a small room with a bed in a hospital and my 2 girls witch I see 2h's a week if I'm lucky. Seeing movies like this makes me cry and makes me want to stand up and fight like hell! I keep hoping that one day... But it's hard. More than often I have thoughts that giving up would be the easiest way to get out of this misery, but I can't do that with 2 kids, can I? I always remember that I once had a 6th grade Science teacher of mine tell me that I wouldn’t live to see 16 years old. His negative words infected me more than he will ever know. I’m now 42 a retired Marine, a nurse, a minister, have a couple of degrees. and I’m looking forward to the next 50 years of my life with my awesome wife and 8 children. Three years ago I was on the verge of suicide, I was ready to give up. But I didn’t, because I knew that somewhere down the road, I would find myself. I knew that I had a purpose. Now I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time, because I’m learning to love myself. I’m learning to push myself just a little past my limits and get out of my comfort zone, because I know that in 5, 10, 15 years, I’ll be thankful that I did. I’ll be thankful that I picked myself up and forged my own path. I’ll be thankful that I didn’t believe my father. That I chose to believe I had worth. In the end, the only person that can help you, is yourself. The only person that will stand up for you, is yourself. This is your reminder to take care of yourself, fight for what you want. I was hurt. I was laughed at. I was dissapointed. All my friends went away. I was lonely, and depressed for over one year. I was 13. They told me I wouldn’t do it. They told me I should be quiet, and i don’t have anything to say.

Before listening to it, My days feel blue. I don't want to do anything. Sometimes my faith is broken. But, now I try for my future to become a beauty.
I had it all. A loving family, a good job, money, a house, a car, a fast bike. You name it, I had it. Until I didn't. Until I lost it all because of my illness. Al I have now is a small room with a bed in a hospital and my 2 girls witch I see 2h's a week if I'm lucky.
Seeing movies like this makes me cry and makes me want to stand up and fight like hell!
I keep hoping that one day...
But it's hard.
More than often I have thoughts that giving up would be the easiest way to get out of this misery, but I can't do that with 2 kids, can I?

Every day of my life I’ve been put down told I was weak, stupid, worthless, and would never amount to anything. I’ve been beat down and hurt over and over again, I stopped listening, I stopped taking shit, I do what I do for myself and I am there for others. I look back on my many hardships and think” these things have created the man that I am today . I take hits and I get right back up and keep fighting on and work hard every day of my life, this mentality has earned me the nickname machine. I am Going to keep fighting till the day I stop breathing. I am going to join the marines and fight to give others a better life. I refuse to let others put me down and I vow to always protect those who are unable or anything willing to fight for themselves and to teach them and motivate them to fight. If your going through hell keep going why would you want to stop and stay in hell when you could make it to heaven and life your best life.

I always remember that I once had a 6th grade Science teacher of mine tell me that I wouldn’t live to see 16 years old. His negative words infected me more than he will ever know. I’m now 42 a retired Marine, a nurse, a minister, have a couple of degrees. and I’m looking forward to the next 50 years of my life with my awesome wife and 8 children. Point is never allow people to speak negatively over your life and you receive it as the truth! Reject every lie, you get to write your own story everyday you wake up! I used to talk to myself everyday. Waking up every morning new as nothing has happened yesterday. Holding the problems as my batch. Working hard spending sleepless nights . my friend is my books . speaking to them daily on hope that they can resolve my problem. Running fast as a wild horse to get success in my life. Growing up, I was the target of bullying. Then I lived with my dad, he’s abusive. I moved out to live with my mom and everything fell. My grades, my health, my mental stability, everything. Three years ago I was on the verge of suicide, I was ready to give up. But I didn’t, because I knew that somewhere down the road, I would find myself. I knew that I had a purpose. Now I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time, because I’m learning to love myself. I’m learning to push myself just a little past my limits and get out of my comfort zone, because I know that in 5, 10, 15 years, I’ll be thankful that I did. I’ll be thankful that I picked myself up and forged my own path.
I’ll be thankful that I didn’t believe my father. That I chose to believe I had worth.
In the end, the only person that can help you, is yourself. The only person that will stand up for you, is yourself.
This is your reminder to take care of yourself, fight for what you want. Earn your happiness.
