How can I keep this bright green colour of sugar cane? because after a moment it turns brown. Do you know something natural I could put in it? Thank you

It is very difficult to maintain the color after 24 hours but adding something acidic like lime or calamansi will lower the PH and lengthen the time the color stays bright. Also chilling it with ice as soon as possible will extend the color. Hope this helps.
