Also the way you are picking and filling in the different samples with the loops is crazy! It's super simple and Ive never seen anybody use that method of chopping and replaying the samples

It's a roll of the dice, really. You could certainly release it, but if the track gets popular enough and the sample is recognisable after processing you will probably get flagged. However, I'm pretty sure if you release it for free there isn't much that can happen to you legally.
