FIAT 600 w/ BMW S1000RR Bike Engine || 14.000RPM Screaming Sound

This is Jovan Perunovic´s Zastava 750/FIAT 600 Proto, one of the most impressive Motorbike swapped machines we have seen lately, powered by a 215Hp/14.000Rpm BMW S1000RR engine and weighing only 580Kg. Here it can be seen both Onboard and from the outside on a full Demo run at Skradin HillClimb in Croatia for our event Bongo HCM. Featuring a quite unique engine swap, straying away from the more common GSX-R and Hayabusa engine units, here we can see the first steps in the evolution of this unique little beast...

Little monster is moving and that engine lets out a lovely snarl.
Cars like this have way more character than any of supercars bee them road or the racing GT versions.
Can only imagine how much fun this angry screamer is.

Don’t get me wrong I love all the cats featured, from the screaming n/as to the pops and bangs of the turbo charged ones. But of all of them, I’d love to try the small, lightweight screamers. Much more tarmac to play with and eargasms when they get near the redline 😍

All round, great video. Car reminded me somewhat of my old Renault 750, but she wasn't anywhere near as fast, nor was she a screamer! Still fun though!! lol

Among the inline 4 cylinder bike engines, none sound quite as feral as the BMW S1000RR. Even hearing multiple race bikes at once in a place like the Isle of Man, the BMW stands apart.

Someone, please explain what the benefit of these engine conversions is. I see a lot of these cars with high revving relatively low displacement engines.... is it for acceleration?
Forgive my ignorance, i dont know much about cars.

Bit Late to the Party but i think its mostly because of the weight. Bike Engines Like these put out a lot of Power for their relatively small size of displacement and the engine itself. There fore they rev extremely high in Order to produce this power. Everything else would just make small cars Like this much heavier pretty quick and destroy their power to weight and handling advantage

You can have 3 cyl Turbo with more power and only slightly more weigt...
For example Nismo 40Kg 1.5L 3Cyl with Supercharger produce 400Hp!
Yes its probablly very expensive but lets say normal 3 cyl Turbo with 300Hp and 50kg is highly possible so bike engine not make sense at all to me.
