    with the goals thing, what i’m doing this year is making a list of 12 habits/goals that i want to achieve and pick one each month to focus on doing every day. when i only have one thing i need to do it makes it less overwhelming and the farther into the month i get the more i feel like i don’t want to let myself down. highly recommend!!

    I recently started reading the book atomic habits and it has completely changed my mindset towards building as well as maintaining new habits. I'd highly recommend it.

    vision boards are so much fun to make i made mine recently and it mostly pictures of fictional men and celebrities that will never know my existence , but its still fun. POP OFF QUEEN YOU DROPPED THIS 👑

    Reading Atomic Habits was such a game changer for me! I also had the mindset to start with developing 1 or 2 habits, so mine is reading by bible and journaling as soon as I wake up and working out at least 3 times a week ☺

    Hi everybody former gym employee here!! Literally dozens of people ask where things are every single day and I was always super happy to help!!! The gym can be a super scary place especially when you’re new, workers understand that and literally don’t think twice about anything. I used to walk people to specific places too just to make sure since the gym I worked at was huge and honestly was always happy to have something to do lol

    this year im really trying to focus on not feeling guilty or being hard on myself when im trying these new habits. cleaning is something that has always given me anxiety so i asked my friend who is AMAZING at cleaning to help me clean my room and my goal is to keep it like that. thank you for your advice as always :))

    Gym tours are everything! I learned by doing exactly what you did at first. The tours make a world of difference. Blinks are awesome gyms in NYC toooo. Now I’m to the point where I just wander around aimlessly at first with a new gym to look for prime machines I use and water fountains/disinfectant stations.

    Hannah about the dye stain, you can actually use nail polish remover to remove the dye stains from your skin 😁 it's probably gone now since it's been probably a week but you can use this next time, it did work for me so it would probably work for you too 😇

    I totally agree with you. When the new year began, I used to feel the need to create healthy habits and like "become a new person" as soon as the year started, but obviously that always failed because I put too much pressure on myself. So now I'm trying, like you said, to put fewer things on my "new habits" lists, or to put things that I really know I want to do and I'll be able to accomplish. Let's hope it works :) And let's try to make this year, not the best year but OUR year.

    I completely understand what you mean by each year being a new definitive fresh start. I always think that when starting new that i have to start at the beginning of a new year or month and it's honestly so annoying. Because if i get the motivation to start something new halfway through the month i lose that motivation by the start of the next month which then just extending my procrastination even further

    I know you're not a big reader, but I highly recommend Atomic Habits! Maybe you've already read it, but I found it to be really helpful when I tried to break my habit of continuously snoozing my alarm, and since you were talking about habits, maybe it will help you too!

    Ps. In Canada, we don’t have TVD on Netflix, so I’ve always watched it on Prime Video. Idk if TVD is also on Prime Video in the US, but it’s worth looking for!

    For the problem of getting out of bed when you want to you need something to drive you to do it. It's not just that you want to, but have to. A lot of people have to get up at a certain time to he on time for work. That's their motivation. Maybe if you make it a point to whatever you have to do to do it first thing, wh as tever it may be so the rest of the day would go smooth. It's like an appointment schedule where you have to do something when it's scheduled or everything else that follows will be thrown off. Hope that will help.

    I love your long styled vlogs, always look forwards to watching them! I actually made my first ever vision board at the end of last year and the two biggest goals I'm working towards is: independence (because I'm moving out of my parent's house this year!) and confidence (with decisions, my art, my dancing, etc).

    I recently did make a vision board and I am using it as my phone's wallpaper.I relly enjoyed it....IDK why? but it's stress reliever for me IDK I just felt happy making it...and I am loving itttt....and yup I am a real one💙

    I absolutely love your videos Hannah!! Your videos are always my go-to on a Monday afternoon! Your hair actually looks amazing even though the staining is there but I thought it looked great and couldn't even tell you had staining until you pointed it out!     #realone I think creating schedules for ourselves is definitely something that could be included in post-grad diaries; we’ve (students) spent so many years adhering to a set time table and when there is none … what now? (For those who don’t have regular jobs, of course). You have to find whatever inspiration you can - your morning coffee, morning run, work you love, etc - to truly make yourself start the day! And I think once you find that purpose new habits really begin to stick. Good to see you doing well Hannah! See you next week💞
