Before you can apply to the university of Luxembourg undergraduate, one needs to get a certificate from the ministry of education stating your highschool degree is equivalent to that degree received in Luxembourg. How long does it take for this certificate to get to me in Nigeria after it has been sent by a non traceable post mail ?
You have to apply through vfs, or submit to the nearest country next to yours ,also some of the Schengen countries that have an embassy in your country could be accepting applications for Luxembourg so check on that and make your application ✌️

What about getting visa to move to Luxembourg from Nigeria. Cos they got no embassy here
