I think that them turning into stone was not them dying due to old age but rather a defence mechanism that they will use when there is something too strong for them to handle, a last resort to surviving but with a cost of being reborn.
Basically, after the continent split, starhenge lost its power source and relied on the backup generator. When it exhausted, it crashed and fell in a colossal when the celestials immortalized themselves in stone before they died.

They platform just crashed into a Colossal, and they were transformed into stone to be reborn in a smaller and weaker form, with no past memory of what just happened...
Actually magical monsters do have lore. In Dawn Of Fire, there was a moment where the crystal gates started to swallow the outer islands; Party Island, Space island, Cloud Island and Cave island. The gates swallowed everything except the party island leviathan which turned into goober lagoon and the prismatic red quibbles (now they are called epic quibbles). The crystal gates turned the swallowed islands into the magical islands. That's why there are 4 outer islands (Party, Space, Cloud and Cave) but there's also 4 magical islands (Light, Psychic, Faerie and Bone). Magical Sanctum is just a dimension created by the 3 Ghazts

Why Galvana didn't carry Hornacle, Glaishur, Blasoom, Torrt, and/or Attmoz: They're the five natural celestials and are pretty much the main celestials so they'd have to stay there.

What if wubbox visits starhenge to see his mom then when she is starhenge falling up then wubbox boxed up to protect himself then she was traumatized to get out on box or maybe she crushed to pieces
So i think what happened that when the dawn of fire ended and the past all of the energy ran out for the celestials and the island or vehicle crashed to a unknown colossal
I saw someone talking about msm lore and the person said that the wubbox was on the starhenge(i forgor what he said, but i think it was something about "wubbox using its energy on the starhenge" or something, then it deactived and fell off on an storm wich actived it again, then the wubbox made the wublins so it can replicate its old friends
Me going to make a different story on how it should be: starhenge was all peaceful and fun untill a beam of light stuck on starhenge which caused it to fall, they were falling, the closer they were to the monster world, the faster they turn into stone. Starhenge crashed into a collosal, starhenge’s second piece almost left them but instead, it crashed with balance and it just crashed onto the edge of the collosal, giving the piece’s life at risk of falling, but it didn’t. Somehow the celestial statues landed on their feet after the cause of fall, the middle thing at the middle of starhenge didn’t make it, but it revived the celestials with its remaining power, leaving itself behind. The celestials woke up as once again, babies. As they birth months came by, they became adult to elder, and their bodies slowly losing the power of the thing that revived them. It’s because the power is going to their future children that will be born after their deaths. The cycle of death will happen all over again and again untill celestials are in extinction. That is untill the last of the celestials meet death, the newest elements that never existed but appears now, the collosal starts to break apart then the last celestials fall untill they reach the ground, “the maker of the monsters” the monster maker, known to be a “shaper of the beings” (known in my story), in the land of the people that made the monsters of the extinct monsters besides the celestials. The celestials say “this is our maker’s land…” and then the light of the starhenge breaker comes and kills the last species of monsters. Then the world comes in terror and death, no monsters will be born, the death of the “shaper of the beings.” A new shaper will be born. The “shaper of the humans.” So instead of monsters. Humans will sing to their hearts as the dead monsters play msh and watch them sing untill the monster generation comes to life once again. Edit: this is how I made celestial island MY WAY💫✨✨
the story is.. starhenge had a neighbor island that is a exact small copy of starhenge. starhenge is hit by a rock and the island falls witch made the monsters turn into statues. galvana placed the statues on the copy of starhenge and celestial island was born..
