I think Diddy maybe have been inside of Foxy because earlier in the film, Diddy mentions that he will still be running even after he dies. We can most likely assume that Diddy is also inside of an animatronic and when Foxy was shown, he was mostly chasing Baby Mario when he broke free out of Bonnie.
Also looking back, I think Blue Toad could be the cupcake animatronic since during the party he was the one eating all of the cupcakes.

10:52 I love the detail that only Freddy's eyes are darkened while Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, and Golden Freddy's eyes are still lit up because Baby Mario isn't dead/a ghost inside a robot, and he didn't free the others (Blue Toad, Nabbit, and Diddy Kong. Maybe another one who possessed Golden Freddy before the events of this video took place? Who knows. Maybe when the FNAF Movie 2 comes out they'll make a follow up video this specific series/au with more lore or something) meaning they're still trapped in those bodies, and for all we know Baby Mario only burned Freddy and not the whole Pizzeria down
