Nice teachings but PLACE emphasis on DOSAGE ( how MUCH to take in a day and DURATION ( How long) for the natural foods as medicine to take effect. Just saying take "Ntropo" or Plantain is good for this or that is DRY and will send wrong information. People will be disappointed after taking them for a while, and they do not see any change or effect. Please take note of that, and also state the side effect of too much or OVERDOSE intake of your prescriptions. Do not PRESCRIBE total stoppage of the use of orthodox drugs, educate people on using both gradually with reduced dosage for the orthodox drugs until a sign is seen before one stops; also users should consult their physicians before starting everything. The education should be TOTAL. I hope you take my suggestions in good faith. I am a health Researcher and you are one of my teachers, I want your teachings to be succinct. If one want to study more about this....search FOOD as MEDICINE in TH-cam for further education. UCLA and some Universities in California have a whole department dedicated to that.
