Regarding the customs thing, look into "one stop shop" - at least for your eu customers they should be able to avoid the customs fee if its pre declared though that

I would enjoy areana mode more on a tug of war style I.E. win advance loss knocks you back. instead of 2 loss kicks you out but just a thought
