Good lessons Myra,unfortunately some will ignore this great advice because they want a cheap reborn doll and these dolls are not reborn. As I mention before I did my research,when I decided on my first reborn it was a sittingTibby,some looked to dolly or was poorly painted simply, they lack details.I finally find right one, AA/deep caramel skin coloring with beautiful hazel eyes.
Also there was not as many scammers like there are today(over 2 years ) I did donated two of reborns to Goodwill. Today I have 5(including a 10 inch),my latest is April / AA(boy) by Joanna Kazmierkzak.My taste has been more refined.
If people insist on buying fake dolls from China, then why not purchased from Ashpton Drake or Paradise gallery. As a doll collector all of my lifelife, do not purchased dolls because it is a trend,purchased dolls for the love of dolls. Do your research,your videos is a fine example of what took for.❣Also save your money to purchase what you want.Dolls have been around for a long time,the designs will change,one's true passion will never change❣
You wrote this beautifully! Research and taking your time is key to finding your perfect baby. I agree , someone who wants something to cheap might as well purchase from paradise galleries or Ashton drake instead of these stolen kits. That was nice of you to donate your babies to goodwill and it sounds like you have a lovely collection ❤️ take care!
On eBay I always filter to show highest price first, that way it puts all the cheap scam babies last lol! Really great video 👍 x

I work at a thrift store and I have seen a fake Saskia there and she was sooooo ugly not like the real one at all. That one u showed in the reviews was cuter then the one we got in.
I hear that so frequently that a lot of the scam dolls (mainly scam Saskia) ends up at Goodwill & thrift stores. They are sooo hideous lol, it’s sad because people really think & expect to get an authentic Saskia but they unfortunately get scammed & get an uglier, cheaper, unauthentic version of it.
We been scammed before so we know how that feels we just adopted a Liam reborn doll but I ask for safety pictures thanks for letting us know about scams my wife says God Bless You & my wife loves your videos they so educational thanks again lol 😆
So sorry to hear that, it sucks. If it sounds too good to be true it is, ask for safety pictures and videos even though the safety pic & video can be legit remember that they still may not ship the baby out. You’re so welcome, take all necessary precautions that you can so that you don’t get scammed like also using PayPal G&S if you’re not familiar with the seller. I've seen that same doll in first part of the video! I knew it was a scam right away. I paid $475 for my reborn that was pre-owned. Realistic dolls are expensive even the kits.. if it's too good to be true it is too good to be true that is a true fact.
Yessss ! I agree, if a kit costs $130 why on earth would the baby only be $40 😂 it’s ridiculous & the scammers are going even further now where sculptors don’t even want to make anymore kits
@@MyaReborns I know it's horrible! I've been wanting to make reborns myself but I'm afraid to get Into it since all these scammers are getting smarter an smarter.
It honestly is. I’ve been holding off on shopping with people on Mercari because I’ve been seeing a lot of scam kits and babies on there as well. So now I only get my kits brand new from trusted websites that sell authentic kits. (Macpherson arts & crafts, irresistible, truborns)
Hi I was scammed by Rsg dolls on U tube I paid $509.00 for an ugly silicone they will not return my money.I sent pictures to the company. The doll I ordered looked nothing like her picture and the silicone was 2 pounds lighter. The one I got they said Is the doll I ordered.Their commercials should not be on You tube I wish i could show you the pictures.
Wow that is ridiculous, try and return it or go through your bank to dispute it. Any reborn shop or website that is advertised especially on TH-cam is fake unless it’s the artists direct website. Only real websites are Ashton Drake, Reborns.com, Paradise Galleries and Kinby dolls (that sell completed Reborns). Good luck in getting your money back

Hi Edila, of course that’s what this community is about, helping each other. Sorry to tell you but any doll from Amazon & other websites are scams and fakes. They take peoples pictures and they don’t actually have the doll. The website that you mentioned is 100% fake, the only real website is Reborns.com. So sorry you got scammed , it doesn’t take 3 months for an already made reborn to be shipped & delivered to you.
If you bought a reborn in full and paid the full amount & the baby is already done being made and painted. It should take 3-5 days for the person to ship it out and should arrive to you in 3-7 days (sometimes can be longer, but nothing longer than 10 days unless the package is lost).
Again the website that you ordered from is a fake, please contact your bank to get your money back.

Is Amazon a scam website for reborns because I ordered my first reborn off there and he’s just straight up adorable I love him SO so much but I wanna make sure if I can order another reborn off there (P.s I love your channel and I just started watching it
I personally wouldn’t call the Reborns on Amazon Reborns as they aren’t hand painted and some of the kits are stolen kits. However I don’t think Amazon will scam you, it’s sort of a what you see is what you will get type of thing! Thank you so much for watching my channel, it means a lot ☺️

@@paryschanel151 Of course! 😄 If you’re on a budget I’d suggest Ashton Drake and Paradise Galleries. I also have a few black dolls for sale (check my community tab or instagram mya_reborns). If you have a little more to spend then I’d suggest reborns.com , that is the only legit website that sells authentic Reborns. I don’t suggest any other website unless it’s the artists official website, however there are real legit websites to get blank kits off of. I also suggest eBay and Mercari for buying as if you don’t receive the doll you’ll get your money back, however be careful as they sell scam/unauthentic reborn dolls as well. Always ask if the doll is authentic and has its coa before buying and don’t buy from anyone that doesn’t have any ratings/feedbacks. Do your research, pay with PayPal Goods & Services and best of luck 😁
