Because the levels were made before win conditions existed.

While i did not make the drone mod, i can tell you what he put on the drone to make it
The propellers are the TABG propeller hat, the middle part is a pirate bandana, the camera is the TABG cyborg eye, and the little dot on top is the TABG bomber man hat
There are a total of 7 hats that make yhe drone, your welcome
Edit : ok i will be honest, i think i missed a hat or two, because it also seems like the drone has zorros hair ( in misc) and maybe a painted mask? ( also in misc )
However i cannot tell for sure sense captain sauce did not get a clear enougb image for me to tell if that is the case or not

I feel as though people don’t treat the bomb on a stick as a good unit! It’s very cheap, and it can attract enemies just like the barrel roller, as well as explode them! It deserves more recognition in my opinion.

Currently there is a bug with the custom campaign creator that clears every win condition exept "defeat the other team". That's the reason the units started to spin in circles and the battle didn't end at 4:30 and 6:50

When I saw the title I was like yes this is what tans needed
2:00. I believe what happened was the arrow was in the bow, meaning it wasn’t damaging yet. The arrow landed on/through blumpkin’s head but didn’t damage him. However, there was something on top of him, so the computer registered him as smooshed.
