I have been going to CBC for a few years now. I started seating on the upper level; now I seat as close to the stage as I can. For all my life, I have looked for a Church that feels and thinks the way I do and do not discriminate people. A Church where everybody is welcome and has a Pastor that looks like a person and teaches his flock the good and real things about Jesus Christ; that speaks the word of God the way, in my heart and mind, feels true and right. Where people is included not excluded; where the messages are clear; where people enter eagerly hopeful and leave happy in Christ our Savior. This is the Church I was looking for; full of joy, learning and making me feel special, thankful, proud and because Christ saved me from death and evil and it does every second.
This is my Church, where I am reminded every time of the Glory, Grace and love of our God

I so love listening to your sermons. Lord I have been in pain in my body for 8 months. I have asked many times for God to take this pain away but so far he hasn't. My daughter-in-law tells me that I need to pray for the holy Spirit to answer me. I have asked God many times to take over my life can you show me what I need to do. If y'all would pray for me I would appreciate it. I have been saved and I do hear your sermons every Sunday please pray for me to understand play God wants me to do thank you I appreciate it

Awsome, sermon, I am overwhelmed. Really opened my eyes. I'm in a narsistic relationship. Whom I love with all my heart but is really emotionally aching. But I believe in God's works we can overcome . But first heal myself. And receive mental healing ! Second, to lead him to church with me for his own healing.. I have healing to do. This message really opened my eyes. Thank you thank you

    Pastor,
I would’ve never guessed you were hiding behind your suit. You definitely did fake it till you could make it. Don’t let anybody tell you any different I loved your suits. They are definitely very spiffy. Maybe you could bring one back every now and then.
Thank you for that awesome Father’s Day message. We love you. Keep up the good work you’re the best.

This was a wonderful word. I searched my heart as a watched and listened and my prayer is that God continues to build me up recognising what he says about me is truer than that which I think I am and I serve a good God so why not believe. My hope & prayer is that I continue to grow in as Pastor Ed says in God confidence.

Thank you Pastor Ed for your unwavering belief in being so transparent, so real, so honest, and so vulnerable with everyone who listens. I've watched several of your messages on TH-cam and i pray one day i get to actually attend a cbc service in person. You are so anointed and blessed to lead, teach, and guide God's people. I'm grateful that God allowed me to catch one of your short messages on Facebook, which led me to watching your sermons on TH-cam. It has helped me tremendously with my bible study and my quiet times with our Heavenly Father. It has also helped me with the prison ministry and jail ministry that I'm involved with. I love how you make the lessons and teachings relatable, understandable, and i especially love the illustrations that you use to help explain the lessons being taught. God put you in my path because we have a lot in common and because i can related to all the sermons that I've watched so far. This message was the most relatable by far. I know that it was a message that God wanted me to hear because it felt like you were speaking directly to me and God was using you to teach me what I wasn't getting. Thank you for your obedience and your love for people but more importantly thank you for the love you have for our Heavenly Father. You are truly a blessing from God! Sincerely Deanna Downs from Jacksonville, FL

27:55 - No, Sir. You don't deserve any of this* nonsense. I am very critical of pastors, but only because I see them as a servant leader (working for God, their Manager). If I can't grow, I'll go solo again. If God wants me to find a pastor, he'll put one in my path. Regardless, love your neighbor is the second commandment. Never let someone take the value God has bestowed you. You know who taught me that? You did, just now.
