I was seeing how Ms. Bish was going to play this Gospel hymn often sung in the Black Church. She came through! I loved how she elevated the sound to follow Ms. Dorsey's voice.

Was wanting to hear more of her and see if she had any more videos and found the bad news that she passed away in 2009. So, so, so sad. But the Heavenly choir sounds much better, for sure! Thank you, Willa for blessing so many people. You were a God send, to say the least!

Oh how wonderful to listen to this Great Organist, playing the Great Ruffati Pipe Organ at Coral Ridge Presybeterian Church, with this great solist The Late Miss Willa Dorsey. It can't get any better than this. Praise the Lord!

Yalsah! Folks, if you think you know gospel music or music in the Black Church, this is the real deal right here! This is exactly how we do it, right here! A nice warm rich pipe organ with one of the Mothers of the church signing (sangin'). Yes, our people were scholarly singers just like this wonderful lady here, unlike most of these modern gospel singers today. Chills, chills, chills all over! Holy Ghost power! Oh, great. Yet another version of "His Eye Is On the Sparrow." If you've heard one, you've heard them all. But wait ... not this one. I have never seen nor heard such emotion in any song performed in my life. This woman is totally, totally awesome. She also let me know that my body is doing such fine as it can still produce goosebumps.

This is a wonderful hymn, Diane Bish is one on my favorite organist of all time. This lady can flat out just play. I like the fact that she reads her music and knows how to accompanist a soloist.....not playing over the voice and letting the music flow. Take notice my fellow musicians. Great voice Willa Dorsey. This blessed woman had an IMPECCABLE voice that did EVERYTHING that a song asks of a vocalist. That is to interpret the song in the manner it was MEANT to be interpreted.
No unecessary embellishments nor over the top tripe that most weaker vocalists engage in, in order to hide their vocal shortcomings. An astounding and pristine voice from this lovely woman and Jehovah was most generous in blessing us with the opportunity to hear her lovely gift of song.
