Dr, English is mandatory. Arabic is optional. Depends on the category of hospitals u may need to learn language. Indian management hospital will prefer Indian language like Hindi, Malayalam. Arabic management hospital will prefer Arabic. But at the end all u need is skill,knowledge, experience. Languages are secondary.

Dr. 6 yrs enough for gp. No worries. U are eligible for gp. But keep experience certificate. U should not have a gap of lack of experience more 2 yrs. if yes, then u need to provide CME points to fill the lack of experience.

Dr. u can upgrade in that way. I did md and came directly here. worked as GP for 3 yrs and upgrade to specialist now. My friend anesthesist also did the same. but I am not sure about radio diagnosis and derm.

Dr. it will still count. but give an experience certificate with phone number of any manager and email id(not personal) so that if will be helpful to confirm the details during dataflow verification of your experience certificates.
