There used to be a discard Sera list which did utilize both Dracula and strong guy. You usually use Sera to dump your hand and then you use Dracula to discard Chavez so you'll always have an empty hand. I think that list might come back because of SG's effect and you can save your powerful discard tools like Blade and Sword Master towards the final turn.
The problem is Blade will always discard Chavez. And dracula is really weak if he doesn't hit Chavez, but even then he's just a 4/9 which isn't amazing.
@@AlexanderCoccia im serious though, I've taken your DarkMarvel deck almost exclusively from 70-96 and plan on pushing to infinite with it just to rep the AlexCoccia brand! I wish they would release creator based emotes I would 100% spend gold on it.

I don’t have surfer just yet but I’m incredibly excited to build this type of deck. I’ve always loved the discard archetype in card games, but I’m not into Hela and Dracula/Apoc isn’t clicking for me as much as I hoped.
Playing a pool 1 only league with a handful of pals, some very new to the game (hence the restriction) and the OTA made me decide that I HAVE to play Strong Guy. Did some testing in conquest and although obviously not insane actually won a few proving grounds against meta decks so yeah, that was cool. Great OTA overall, a little afraid for She Hulk as I'm still mostly climbing with sHEnaut and Mobius puts a stop to it, maybe time for Rogue to return but have actually been considering old reliable Enchantress as MsMarvel decks are all over the shop.

I tried him with Hela discard. Had some very specific situations where he'd be alone in a lane and with buffs, it'd be 15 power. But i just honestly struggle with Hela personally

I tried him in traditional discard, swapped out daken, he worked great the only problem is if he’s on the board you have to play your apoc and let drac discard the chavez
I was wondering why in game 3 warrior falls triggered earlier than your opponents cards.. but I forgot Super Skrull copied Invisible Woman 😂😂 Even if you would have won anyways without Nova dying
I think Strong Guy needs to have his ongoing removed and it should just be a text on the card. His ability is not good enough to warrant being an ongoing and I’ve played a good amount of strong guy and most games I can pull it off I either get hit with a rogue or enchantress and it feels bad for an effect that takes a lot of skill to pull off.
Nah he’s just a meme Dakken still. Like why not just run a guaranteed 3-8 with easier conditions that can be way bigger than 8 depending on locations and other shit.
For Strong Guy to be staple, his text should be changed into Ongoing: If your hand is less than your enemy, +6 Power. Because even for a Discard Deck archetype, this is a hard task to do because of Apocalypse, Hela will do the trick, though you might want other high cost cards other than Strong Guy. Also another thing, he is a 3/3, they should at least give him 3/5 and substract 2 power on the ongoing effect, so that even though you can't activate his effect, he can still win locations with 5 power. Also, for a Ongoing card, this very underwhelming effect, imagine if his effect is like this with an added effect like; at the end of the turn, discard one of your card at random. So even though you play him on other archetype, he was able to maintain his effect. But him now in the 3 cost deck with Surfer, Gambit, Moon Knight and Sword Master might just do the trick.
Im actually one of the few that regularly includes losses in my videos. I am really good at losing. But this was supposed to be a fun video, not a "meta deck 100% winrate" kinda thing :D
