S2G here's a tip, convert Mathew Mitchell To a CAM or A Center Midfield depending on which is faster to convert, due to his shooting being poor and his passing + dribbling being better, trust me it will increase his chances of reaching his potential ams increase his overall be the time next season comes around! 👍
In my opinion is better as a LM o RM, he has already the physicality, which with good defensive plan can convert him to a realy good LM or RM that can defend and attack

You should sign a youngster like Cole Palmer who can play out wide and centre. He's been balling out in real life and he would be perfect for your project. He's young, developing, and already high rated! Also i recommend to set up good scouts for youth academy and change tactics to Wing play/Gegenpressing, one of those 2 tactics work best, Make sure to change the formation IF NEEDED.
