really works for every daw
the adhd tutorials i love it
as someone with adhd, i understand this technique a million times better from this than the hundreds of producers I've seen doing it lol

Other youtubers would take 10 minutes to explain half of these tricks, you're a gem
I like it when the explanation is the song.
@@johntitor4287tend to remember it way more if it is too.
I still remember the PEMDAS song 😅
I'd say 20 minutes to explain ONE of these tricks and then slap the other explanations behind some skillsshare paywall 🙃

there's a trick i learned from madeon called the "magic disappearing reverb." Add a subtle mono reverb on an Aux send, make it wet only, put it out of phase. Adds a bit of extra roominess in headphones or in the car, but disappears when listening in mono (like on a bluetooth speaker) where too much reverb can muddy the signal. Great for vocals.
:O
I think i’m too beginner, because i don’t understand what you said but i really want to understand this 😢
What is an aux send? And wdym out of phase? Only wet? Is there any options between wet and dry?
@@krissvanags copy the track over to a second track, add a reverb on it, and turn the dry signal down all the way so it's only wet, and then Invert either the left or right channel so that it's out of phase.
@@tyjuarez is invert the same as reverse?
@@krissvanags
1. Aux Send also known as a send track is a separate track in a DAW which does not contain any audio/midi/sounds on it. Instead you can *send* sound from a different channel to the send track and it will play that same sound parallel to the original channel. It sounds more complicated than it actually is. Let's say you have a vocals track, you can send that vocal track to Send Track 1. On Send Track 1 you then place whatever effects you might want on the vocals (reverb for example). This means that you get both a dry vocal (no reverb) and a wet vocal (has reverb) sound playing together.
2. Out of phase is kind of like playing out of time with the original sound. Sound waves have an 'up' phase and a 'down' phase. When something is out of phase it means you have lined the 'up' wave with a 'down' wave and vice versa. This can get complicated but the easy way to do this is to click the invert phase button on FL Studio.
3. Most time delay effects (Reverb, Delay, Chorus etc) will have a knob called 'Wet Mix' or something similar. If you put the knob to 0% you are getting no reverb and only the original dry sound. If you have it at 100% then you are getting only the wet sound with no dry sound. If you set it to 27% then you are getting 27% of the wet sound and 73% of the dry sound etc. When you use a send track you need to make sure you set the wet to 100%. This is because the original channel is completely dry and the send is 100% wet. This means you can blend the dry sound with the wet sound using the mixer faders instead.
4. Never be afraid to ask questions 😄

REVERB ON MASTER ARE YOU INSANE 🗣️🗣️
This is common in dance music during buildups. This emphasizes your drop when you turn off the verb just when the drop hits.
leave it to synthet to have the most satisfying editing style
What i love most about these videos is the intense, thick Swedish accent which gives his speech that nordic rhythm that fits well with the rest of the audio
These videos are both visually and audibly satisfying
I love how fluent is story telling combined with visual material that represents what is being played at the moment and how it is done in DAW
Making the demonstrations sync with the background music is genius
Dude your videos are such fire. I love that they are equal parts super educational and catchy af.
Seriously awesome production- looking forward to the next one 👏
you’re a legend!❤️ Thanks for the kind words
Hi!
JUST BOUNCE THAT SOUND 🌠
the editing on this channel is just insane
Why do I have this feeling that his voice is sorta singing along with the music or sumthing
That’s called having a great hearing 😎
Not really, what you're hearing is him trying to keep beat with the tempo to fit the demos into the bgm

just found this and i am SO happy i did
Again so much great Information in Just 2 Minutes with great editings 💯💯💯
i don't get much of what you explain but i love it
It's crazy how this channel has blown up so quick, because of quality and interesting approach. Straight to the point videos. And lately I'm seeting this channel has inspired a lot of other channels to make similar style (close I'll say, nothing is as good as this one yet) - which is good for us learners. More channels can learn from this guy that without trying to stretch a video to 30 minutes long content for the sake of youtube money, you can actually teach things.
Synthet has revolutionised the entire Music Production Tutorials scene on the Internet single-handedly. If this guy ever releases his music course, I'll surely join (unless until it's way too expensive haha).
Literally the best production tutorials of this length I've ever seen on youtube
Hey this video got 1000 views in only 12 minutes.
I still remember when this guy had only 1000 subscribers
I love these videos
I got here totally at random and lol'd to the max and learned something and got inspired and leaving with a smile on my face :D Keep it up!

Explanations put to music and rhythm just feel **natural** when learning about music things. You're doing amazing work @synthet, the only regret I have is not subscribing to you earlier. Thank you
The best thing I did this year was subscribe to this channel. Informative, fun, short. Thank you, may the higher powers grant you long life and prosperity.
I dont and i dont think ill ever make my own music, but this came onto my feed and i cant stop watching the beats are funky and the way he kinda sounds like Dr.Zoidberg just adds to my fondness ofnthis channel
