Harry Shum Jr was a backup dancer for Beyonce too actually, and Jennifer Lopez. He was also in those silhouette iPod commercials and has appeared in a bunch of dance movies.
I think that was at a convention called West Coast Dance Explosion (or something along those lines). Heather wanted to learn hip-hop and Harry was teaching that class.
She was on "So You Think You Can Dance" they said "she wasn't good enough. Later she became backup dancer for Beyonce, taught the people in Glee the "Single Ladies dance" and stayed on the show. Yeah, thank god she's not a hot, good enough dancer, with an amazing personality, and voice, which everyone loves.

When I was listening to Showmance Kevin and Jenna we’re talking abt, when Heather danced they couldn’t stop watching her (I think during the “bust your windows” song with Amber) and I didn’t get it at first Bc I watched it and could barely even find her but watching this..... I had to play it 2x once Bc even when I watched Harry my eyes were drawn back to Heather. Now I get it.
Heather owned that dance, she moved so smoothly, even if it was just the dougie..it was so aesthetically pleasing
