Djura Jaksic who was mentioned in this song was a poet from 1800s, who was in love with waitress named Mila, but never had a courage to ask her to marry him. One day she came with a ring on her finger, meaning that she is now engaged. Out of pure sadness and pain, Djura took a napkin and wrote a whole song about her, but it was too late. Many years later, Jaksic died in 1907. and a 70 years old Mila came to his funeral
The song is actualy a critic on modern mainstream culture, but unfortunately many thinks it's an homage, which is sad. B.S. are the Serbian Wu-Tang. Pozdrav za bracu crnce.
Beogradski Sindikat is the biggest and the best rap group in Serbia, must react on more their songs, "Zajebi", "Svedok saradnik", "Dolazi Sindikat", "Svim srcem"... And a lot more.
Had a f'ed up day but this just made it better ❤️❤️ big love for you guys. I do remember there was a music video for this song and it was really funny, it looks like it's not up anymore

Now, here is something very interesting, I haven't notice anyone pointed it out... When you hear this type of songs its always more meaningful so its harder to really understand it all as a non-native, so when they said "Nemoj pričaš iza leđa, mojne lerma da te tera", nemoj and mojne iz the same thing but its kind of a slang the way the street speak and also perfect to rime... Lerma isthe same thing, its maler or jinx but coverted on šatrovački lerma... So those guys are crazy good in writting very authentic lyrics with slang and everything.
I remember the time when this guys from BGsindikate comes out with first album. This guy ,the first mc in the song, was very deep during the nineties, he fuck up every politican in his songs. He done this and the whole band when this was dangerous. As I remember while i was studied law, come one day on faculty of law and saw him...he finished this faculty .The other guys are also educated and they high up this music to another level-not only in Serbia. They are unique in the whole region.

guys you have covered the movie: "see you in the obituary" Basically its the life of those thugs and criminals from back in the day. Thats how they lived up till 2003 when they were involved in killing of the prime minister. Even Legija (special forces commander) shot in the air in one restaurant and when the police officers came to arrest him, he was slapping the two officers outside of restoran, until special brigade came to apprehend him.

Full Moon ( Juice and Shorty )- I kada znam - th-cam.com/video/2PFWc3NB_yU/w-d-xo.html One real old school with the 80's beat, real scratch, an amazing video with all the hip hop elements, it's really a old school masterpiece. yeah, and they were like 17-18y old
90s and early 2000s was Wild West in Beograd and brutal period for all the residents. Life was cheep during that time and normal people were constantly terrorised by these gangs. Unfortunate and absurd fact is also that instead of protecting regular folks, government actually recognised and sided with these gangsters of which B.S. are rapping about in this song. I know it's probably hard for someone to believe but such gangsters with great power on streets were granted official badges proving their recognition by national security and intelligence agency. They were used for various "jobs" at home and abroad by government when governing body needed to keep their involvement hidden. In return, they granted many gangsters those mentioned badges which practically meant immunity from law enforcement so they were allowed to overtly act crazy and conduct their criminal dealings without any horrasment from the police. Now how would you think crazy guys with such power acted when partying? What B.S. are rapping on this topic is all factual. It's sad, but it's true.
Skonson guys i'll give you a friendly advice from Serbia: You really need to learn some more about Serbian politic state... Many of songs, like this for example, speak more than it should because of political state. And politicians change from time to time so please try to follow. This is not the only song you reacted that had missed the opinion of the people...slang is hard to translate so no hard feelings ;) I give you my support to continue working, reacting, digging and learning about Balkan music! 3 fingers up from Serbia!!!
