Very nice and well laid out. Please, are the doors and windows sourced in Ghana? Thanks so much.

Light - ing Sir. Not Light - ning.
Phonetically. Light- in - g. Not Light - n - ing. Lightning is what God has created in the skies. This one man created down here so it is lighting.
Just thought I would say. Have a good day. Otherwise it is a very good Video. I like the house too.
Good luck! 😆
Thank you, Professor! Anyone ever tell you money talks and bullshit walks?

I don’t like this type of house . I want mansion 😂
There needs to be international training on specifications in material. Why does Ghana build wardrobe closets instead of real closets in a room with a door? It is not cost saving nor the wear and tear of using those things. The real estate developer's who build and Ghana need international training for design spaces. Having no lack of knowledge and, client taste to selling universal needs to be Improved. Because its Ghana why must you learn according to Ghana, that is a very bad mindset.
Cos it's Ghana. Why does America have waste disposals in their sinks? Why does the UK build homes with no window in the bathroom and there are two taps, which one is hot and the other cold? Why do France and Italian homes like to build so close together and they have a *bidet in the bathroom? Why does Japan like building so close together, with no window in the bathroom and their bathtubs are shorter than the European average. Why do Pakistan homes have a sink to clean your feet. Why does Australia like to build homes with the bathroom near the kitchen. Why do Scandinavian homes use clean water aka drinking water in the bath shower and toilet but no other European country does that. Why do Greek Island homes painted ONLY in white and blue? Why do Mediterranean homes use terracotta and stones to pave there floors and pathways? Why do Moroccan house not flats, have no windows on the outside of there homes? Why to Tanzania homes have smaller living and sleeping space compared to Ghana? Why do some Kenyan homes have iron doors rather than wooden...? Because this is the style the community are accustom too. So do have modern aka American style comfort. Some don't. It's not a big issue madam.
@@dazedconfuseds Great point well taken. Save money with closet verses wardrobe closets. 😅
