It's bizarre how much focus has been placed on the fact Sarah Edmonson made money as a recruiter and trainer. It was her job. She didn't have another job during that time. By all accounts she worked hard, and didn't become a millionaire. Imagine if everyone who ever worked for a corrupt organization had to give their wages back...if we literally considered them complicit because they profited from their employment. Did we talk about clawing back sales commissions from the car dealers who sold defective GM vehicles? How about the people selling us sugar and carcinogens and single-use plastic? Are there any other whistleblowers being held to this standard? Should John Barnett's family be repaying his earnings to Boeing out of his estate?
It's abuser logic, and I suspect a lot of it is sourced from the (many more) people in NXIVM who never reached the status in the organization where they were paid for their labor. Yes, it sucks they weren't also paid, they were defrauded and it wasn't fair, but that doesn't mean Sarah's compensation was unfair. They *all* should have been paid for the work they were doing.

Victim mentality. You wouldn't say that if you weren't in your comfortable little perch and actually lost money

THIS is the danger of what can happen when you truly believe that you, your leader, organisation has the answers to BIG questions or problems. You end up with the likes of Renerie. This is why it is important to first work on yourself, then your family then your local community. If everybody did that, the ripple effect would be enormous, and life’s problems would be solved by working on your own environment first.

@@tarotapprenticeship Just work on yourself. Build relationships with your family and local community. And stay away from those who tell you they have all the answers. Including me!

Nobody has the answers, because there really are none. Almost nothing is cut, and dry. If someone tells you they have the answers, RUN. They are either deluded with grandiosity, or really naive, likely a mix of both.

If you think dos was criminal regardless of the sexual content, then she was complicit

Child of privilege rips people off, gets to play the victim, and enjoy the riches of her crimes. I don't buy her victimhood whatsoever. She acts like it was about saving humanity, but that doesn't come through at all. She wanted to further herself. Feel important. Maybe some communal narcissism. Be wealthy. How did dos fit into helping humanity? The more you listen the more you realize how much she manipulates the narrative to serve herself.
