A small fall but with big consequences .
Double factor and damaged ligaments.
No more Wingfoiling, SUP or Kayaking
Long way rehabilitation .
Needed to find something else to do where I didn't need much to use my arms, ... I came out on buying an EUC, an Electric Unicycle.
Not easy to learn in the beginning and sure not at 62y of age.
