I tried this boss like 20 times on my own before I finally gave up and had a naked man with a hammer do it for me. Swear to god it took him a minute to beat both. I’ve never been so relieved and so upset
Can't imagine doing this fight without a summon, trying to manage both of their attacks at the same time is rough
Well I did, I manage to cheese the first with cliff-chan's help. But I did tried with summons and they were useless. Even the player summons were dying to these things when they start spamming the poison mist.
Luckily they seem to alternate agro, so as long as you train them, you can slowly chip away at their health
I did, but me and the 2nd gargoyle died simultaneously, because he poisoned me and I was out of potions. It was a sight to behold 😅
I did this fight with hoslow whip, rivers of blood and +10 mimic, was actually incredibly easy did it first try
@@non43209 every boss in the game is incredibly easy with +10 mimic, I think malenia took me 3 tries with mimic tear
I luckily managed to do this boss fight on my first try. My countless attempts at the Black Blade Kindred boss fight paid off.

black blade was such an bitch to beat. i was overleveld(i think??) but i still had troubles with him
I love how his Chat acted like his summons carried him when they died in like 2 seconds and only allowed him to get 1 free hit

It's just as that old saying goes in souls games. Wherever there may be a gargoyle. There probably be another gargoyle.
The first gate keeper boss most soulsbourne players fought.
The first 5 seconds perfectly encapsulates a STR player's first playthrough.
This was my hardest battle. Lost to the twins 50 times. It was rewarding to beat them.

Imagine if after the second one was beaten, a final, third Gargoyle flew down, wielding both an axe and a twinblade.
Connor probably would've screamed so loud it could reach outer space.
I never died in this fight.....because I skipped this fight
when you see your message about cheesing the boss lmao 0:15 ... i still have never actually legitimately beat these shmucks... you have to get the first one to fall off before second one comes ... so just dodge everythng until it happens and fight the second one by itself.... the best spot is in the sand by the cliff .. and the attack is when he jumps back to charge his sword and do his projectile slam if anyones interested
My best accomplishment in this game was soloing the twinblade valiant on zero flasks and 10% hp.
Then again, it took all my flasks and hp (and help from Mimic to distract the twinblade) to kill the halberd gargoyle.
I actually used the same weapon and struggled not missing swings and there was something about their move set that threw me off. Also it was impossible to do the ash of war
I wonder how many people know about D’s quest line.
Took me a couple try's to fight with my Darth Maul build‚ only got easier when one of them fell off the cliff. But the attack patterns are pretty easy when it's only one of them .

i just spammed lion claw with the "greatsword" and broke their posture in either 2 or 3 hits
Kind of funny, gargoyles in elden ring are my favorite enemy, I never mind dying to them because it means I get to fight more. Also, these are the best gargoyles ever made.

Connor trying his absolute best to stay at 30% health and 0 stamina while simultaneously being greedy for hits at the worst moments
never tried this myself, but I think you probably can cheese these boss with cystal dart...
