at my best i could do level 93(archer fl pullups) for reps with bad form(also slow pullup to touch, one arm front etc) . now i can barely do 1 fl pullup but thats beside the point . the gap between that and SAT is insane. everytime i tried SAT it was absolutely impossible, and Caruso is even harder than that
The strongest pullers in calisthenics are Mathew Zlat (125kg belt pullup) and Andrey Smaev (171kg belt pullup with wriststraps) or Kenta Adachi with over 651 pullups in a row.
Ask them to do a Caruso or Sup SAT then, like Oni can. Calisthenics is strength related to your own body, this is not powerlifting or bodybuilder, those guys are strong doing pull ups with weights, not skills. So yes, Onizuka is the strongest puller in the whole world in calisthenics. Check your facts next time
@@AIJIRA_ZAIWANU you are wrong : search for Pere Coll and Baki from France calisthenics channels but are top of the world in calisthenics and weighted calisthenics and streetlifting. search video and listen : "Baki & Pere: Streetlifting Insights & Benefits of Statics | Calisthenics"
@@AIJIRA_ZAIWANU You are wrong : Baki from France and Pere Coll from Spain, both are world top level in calisthenics (bodyweight only) and in weighted calisthenics too and in streetlifting too and in pulling.
