I have been watching your videos for a few years now and you are honestly my favourite recovery channel. As a trans man with a very untreated and neglected (medical abuse) Ed, it’s hard to find any recovery channel I can relate too. I was never admitted to hospital and looked “healthly underweight”. I relate to your comment on sexuality and eating disorders. I’ve also had a large amount of time thinking I was aro/ace and while I knew I was trans I also didn’t at the same time, I guess the aspect of not having a functioning brain due to Ed helped me avoid it. After starting hormones my eating has been the best it has been in years. I’ve made huge progress and I’m honestly so proud of myself and so angry at the same time that people don’t realise how life saving hrt is. I was so fortunate to get on hormones as a minor, without out it, I would not be where I am today. Thank you for always sharing your personal story ❤

Thank you so much for talking anout this!! its rlly nice to see someone talking about being a lesbian and having anorexia because i personally havent seen much about that and it does make you feel a bit like your not ‘gay enough’ or not ‘sick enough’ at least thats what i experienced difficult times fr!!

So well said. You have so much personality and kindness shining through you now that you are in recovery. That alone is so motivating and inspiring, unlike those before and afters that only focus on the physical aspect.

I also wish people would give more consideration to their thumbnails for the same reason.
