- Twenty-five thousand salaried people will also get a loan to build a house. This is a big Initiative by the State Bank of Pakistan. The purpose of this scheme is to ensure that no Pakistani remains homeless. The scheme will also benefit the business of construction. All that is required for this loan is proof of your low salary and identity card. You can borrow from any bank for a minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years. With this money you can buy a house or plot, you can also do renovation. Islamic Bank's Shariah Board design is formulated with no interest. This is how you pay the rent for your house until the price is paid. In this, Overseas Pakistanis also can take a loan, but only after checking the documents. Banks are fully operational to giving this loan, SBP has bound all banks.

Call it sood or munafa. With the passage of time the house price will increase so the profit accumulated should be shared with the bank because they are putting a lot of the original sum in. People should stop playing with religious sensitivities and look the issue honestly.

with electric trains for cheap transportation as we are going to produce excessive hydroelectricity and reduce oil import in that way. thus dams are very important for not only create millions of jobs and saving water but all other industries like farming(wheat, rice, vegetables, fruits, etc), water-based(fishing, water sport etc), cheap transportation(electric trains) (that will increases the access of people/industries towards markets) in fact all industries depend on it either directly or indirectly. because of cheap
electricity in Pakistan and motorways, there will be a rise in new industries
and jobs. Govt should not allow building new houses in the cities without
gardens. Pakistan has the potential of cheap hydroelectricity 65000
Megawatt(100 trillion rupees earning potential) which only produces 6000.
