- OK First i need to say, SORRY, i really messed up Anne's classical clothes, it don't look like that at all, so just think of it as my own version
And also, i try to do it base on the history, but not all is accurate (plus some i don't really understand, my English is really bad) sooo,, plz correct me
anddd its really messy (especially the bedroom scene) cuz i kinda lost the motivation after a few day

So uh, when is the others coming?
Well, I was actually planning to finish everything like in a month or so. But due to schoolwork and just not feeling right about my art, I decided to take a break from AYWD and I hope that I can start it once school’s over (around mid July) or even earlier!!

It is mercy bc burning is a long and painful death while if you get beheaded by a TRAINED swordsman it will be quick 'cuz it will be really fast thanks to the swordsman's expertise but the reason the executioner needs to be trained if you want a short and quick death 'cuz unlike Anne, Kathrine was beheaded with an untrained executioner so it did'nt end well especially bc on the first attempt the axe got stuck in her back bc he missed the neck so they had to slowly
Take the axe out and did it again so Kathrine was probably or was screaming from the pain and agony.

I really like how Catherine isn’t actually pissed at Anne in this unlike in other animatics I’ve seen. She’s pretty chill. Like when Anne hugs her Catherine is first surprised but then just smiles and looks at her sympathetically.
Well, Anne basically stole everything from her. Her respect, her title, her servants, her love, and everything a queen gets privileges to. She just waltzed in, stayed in her home for a few years, kicked her out into a nunnery [I think], and she got cancer I believe. She had to suffer a long death full of emotional and physical pain. Anne got one of the easier deaths in the Six. She was executed by a skilled swordsman, fast and painless for her. But I do feel bad that she had to make a choice to live or die, and in the end she benefitted England, bringing one of the greatest monarchs in Britain- Queen Elizabeth |.
I don't blame Catherine for holding a grudge in the other animatics.

Even if the king position requires a heir, he would have been either praised (which is disgusting), or ignored/bullied. Henry VIII was a terrible king, and he’s the root of the problems that these queens had to deal with. Well, Cleves got a castle and lived a good life and Parr got remarried if I’m not mistaken. I agree with you. :))

Ibuki Mioda Chan!!!!! She was a respectable woman. She was still a flirt but kept Henry away. Really a model woman, she was a good worker and she looked good making her a perfect wife. Now that we are portrayed as enemies in this musical we often have been founded have disagreements in the TH-cam comment section.

Elizabeth I helped her mom by legacy, and Anne helped her become queen .

I’m assuming the Mary cameo (if there is one) is 3:52 . Mary despised Anne Boleyn for ruining her life so it’d make sense that she wanted to have a front row seat to see her demise, though it could be some random lady too since that dress doesn’t really match the ones in her portraits when she was young
Poor Aragon though- Her husband just randomly brings home Ann and he's like, ''HI WE HAVE A NEW PERSON LIVING WITH US NOW'' and Aragon has to deal with it like, ''Okay then.'' ;^;
well technically Anne was already living with Aragon cause she was a lady-in-waiting meaning she lived in the castle which is basically with Aragon
Take in mind it took 7 years for Henry to get rid of Aragon. So this wasnt exactly a 3 day weekend stay of awkwardness
I know! Most people feel bad for Anne but honestly what she got was karma. I feel bad for Catherine, she was extremely loyal to Henry and was very religious and was a way better queen both in manners and in having the respect of her people than Anne was.
She went through slow pain and suffering while Anne was beheaded quickly with a skilled swordsman. (I'm not saying that it wasn't painful but still being loyal to the king and loved then being replaced by some new girl who acts like she doesnt need to obey authority to a Queen, then having her riches, her servants, her houses, her jewelry, her title, her respect, her husband and her daughter taken away from her. Then being placed in a home with terrible conditions with only 3 servants and being under a sort of house arrest, then slowly dying of a type of cancer and a broken heart.
Seems a lot more painful both emotionally and physically than what Anne went through.

I think a mixture of both. You also have to factor in Kathryn Howard (her mums cousin and her third stepmother whom she was very close with) getting beheaded when she was about 7
Elizabeth was also molested when she was fourteen by Thomas Seymour, Katherine Parr's husband she married after Henry died. She got blamed for it and sent away, so she never saw Katherine again after that.
She had a lot of reasons n motivations, another one was bc she wanted to keep the throne after she became queen. If she married good chance the prince consort might try to steal her throne bc ruling women were rare and werent taken as seriously as men

I love how realistic your artstyle is but also how meme-y it is. Also the pop-musical outfit version of Anne is adorable
Ok but this animatic is actually amazing. The transitioning between SIX Anne and "Historical" Anne is done really really well and all of the characters interacting with her (Aragon and Elizabeth in particular) really make the story come alive in a way I haven't seen done with this song before. 10/10 will replay way too many times

The part at 2:02 - 2:12 was cute, it shows their change in relationship from before and after they "reincarnated" so to speak lol. I think this is the only animatic I've seen of this song that really addresses their relationship from then and now.
The whole animatic has overall great execution and it was cool to see no restraints with the whole head thing that's scattered all throughout the song (great visuals). Thanks for sharing!

From what I've watched, not many include facts about the actual death, life, and relatives of Anne as easter eggs etc. in their video (Usually it's just random people in the comments saying funfacts about it) but you did, and not only that but your art is amazing! So it made it much more interesting of a video than a lot of the others, and made it a little unique.

The last scenes with Elizabeth genuinely hit me where it hurts.
I absolutely love the transitions between Anne's singer persona and the historical version. It fits great with the song and makes it easier to distinguish which one is represented in different portions of the song. Great work!

I love this animatic because compared to all the other Don’t Lose Your Head animatics this ones really different, unique, and you can fit some funny parts in there. I love how her “rockstar” personality and the other queens are there too.

OHMYGOD This animatic is so detailed, it took me three rewatches to realize at 1:14 the historical version only puts up a “L” probably for loser to signify she really hated the previous wife back then bc thats what her dad told her. AND THE MUSICAL VERSION, makes another L and makes it “LOL” instead because shes older now and understands she was just a kid and didnt really know what she was doing. IM-
I personally love this song. My goat died July 9 2020 and on July 10, my aunt (moms friend) sent me a cameo of Andrea Macasaet (actor who played Anne Boylen) of her "talking" to me. Best(and also worst) day of my life :)

This is like the best animatic I’ve ever seen. It’s so detailed and fun to watch, it matches the music so well and the concepts and transitions are strong. And I love that we get to see Anne with Catherine and Henry a little!!!

Oh, that moment with the Letter Anne dissolving when Henry tried to embrace her was cool! Loved this animatic, the swaps between the idol and the classical Anne were really cool!
Me and my friend were singing this on Zoom- and she messed up the lyrics to "he doesn't want to bang you, somebody hang you".
In stead she said "she doesn't want to hang you, somebody bang you!"
This is probably the goofiest, and most historical/serious version I’ve seen. I love it. The goofy doodle-faces just make it for me.
Not to mention, Anne is probably my favorite of the queens. You’ve drawn her with a nose very similar to mine. That makes me happy.

I LOVE your art style!! I also love the transition from Anne nearly kissing Henry to Anne kissing Elizabeth’s forehead!! Anne kissing her forehead is my favorite frame cause her daughter looks so sweet and pure there... I also love how you make Elizabeth appear a lot in the animatic, it shows how much she mattered in Anne’s life before her death.
