He was the inventor and CEO of Creative (the biggest MP3 brand in the world before iPod was a thing) and he was also the youngest billionaire in Singapore. That house is worth around US$150m and he was in the process of buying out each of the neighboring properties which cost in excess of $50m each as well. Under the Ferraris is a 2-level garage in the basement full of exotic supercars. He didn't drive any of them though, the only vehicle he drove was a Porsche 911 that was covered in dings because he said "he's not really a good driver so it's not worth taking out the valuable cars on the road" lol.

them car owners are mostly mid-aged, I guess because of how expensiv it is, they can't afford to buy one when they were young, so they can afford it now since they have a job and actually making money

I've been looking for an unmolested EF body for a couple years now and the price just keeps going up...and up...and up. That zc motor is so cool IMO. Honda put the perfect platform in the perfect car.

Love the white R30/31 man its one of my favorite Skylines ever built ! Idk why your not into those they are so awesome and can be an amazing car if you swapped the FJ20 out of it and throw in a RB25 in it and you got a ROCKET !
Issa R30, not a 31, and the FJ20 is the best part of the car R31s came with RBs so an RB25 swap into one makes a lot more sense than into a proper DR30 that came with that special FJ

Everyone can afford multiple cars at US price. The cash deposits to buy a car here can probably full pay in cash many cars in US. If that's the case, there's no way to drive due to the traffic. So ya, draconian thru US lens.
