Well our army initially wanted to make our own version of SKS since we were the only r*tards in warsaw pact that were allowed to do our stuff. But by the time it was looking like a good prototype, the soviets ditched the SKS and went for the AK. Seeing that, our guys were like "Well we just made a system that works, let's just shape it so it looks more pleasing to the soviets while making it more accurate, lighter and faster than what they got."
no way a higher cyclic rate paired with 7.62 fired from a lighter platform is more accurate.😂 not to mention, 7.62 isn’t a very accurate round past roughly 300m to begin with. i wouldn’t doubt it’s decent for cqc tho
@@gray.grey_Gray is every theory and green is the tree of life 😁 You should try shooting an AK along with a Vz to prove yourself wrong. The secret lies in the manufacturing.
Only in one scene when walking through the Soviet bunker. Side characters where given Chinese type 56 rifles and the main characters held and operated Yugo and Russian aks. Though Nicholas cages secret shipping container had Chinese type 56-1s on the wall

Bullet trap, it’s for 12 degree ramps and a cylinder so the bullet is guided into a round chamber where it circles repeatedly until it’s lost all energy and falls down into that bucket where the water is spraying. They’re $8,000

Incorrect, the Czechoslovak SKS lookalike was the vz 52 rifle.
@@martinyoko3816 ...as i said. We already made a system that works, we just had to redesign it a bit so it would fit the doctrine

Fucking pinned it damn
Fun Fact: In the movie Lord Of War, they used these instead of actual AK-47’s because they were cheaper to use.

@@shanenonwolfe4109 you got that backwards chief, props were too expensive and the only cost effective option was VZ-58’s

I love your work! I bought the Beowulf and it's solid!
Did they use a bca barrel? Just looked it up… hand guard looks cheap
@LU-D1GITAL 4150 chrome molly barrel. The hand guard is a 13 inch monstrum tactical.
the using a LONG gas piston, the vz 58 uses a sHoRt gas piston making it a faster firing weapon

1. There wasn't a nail in the magazine (not that I can see anyway)
2. Canada's weird gun laws bans Ak and Ar looking weapons
It's AK with little modification.
Definitely not an ak
VZ-58p to be exact
I want one so bad
