I just bought a D420! Breathes great! I’ll have to let you know when I go ice diving in New Hampshire this coming winter… still using my MK25/G250V setup to do local shore and beach dives here in cape cod area.

@@DiversSupplyYT , it was an opportunity to snag the MK19 so I had to take it. I’ll also be using it for the first time in the ice so I’m looking forward to it. I’ve heard nothing but great reviews from my dive buddies that have used it.

@@Scuba_Bro Yes the 19 would have been my choice too

Thanks, Bob, as always for the great presentation. I bought recently the ScubaPro MK25Evo/D420. I know the MK19 you mentioned is a lot tougher and relatively more capable for technical diving. I live in Britain Columbia, Canada, and I thought the MK25 Evo first stage regulator is more suited for recreational diving in cold waters. Was I wrong in not choosing the MK19 instead? Thanks. Appreciate all that you do.

Hi Eric, Thanks for the comments and question. This is one of those which pickup truck questions. Which is best all depends on who you are talking too. The MK25 vs Mk19 debate can be hotly contested or just what appeals to your sense-abilities. SP seems to have given folks a choice of do you like Fords or Chevrolets...
I've owned both and think you'd need to be a machine to tell the differences, so I'm sure you'll be very happy with the 25. Regards Bob C

I dive with the MK10 1st stage and D350 second. I also use a G250 as a backup. No issues. I do however live in SW Florida and the local authorized scubapro dive shop has no parts for my D350 second stage. Any suggestions?
