The heaven's rod is trash rn, its luck is 225 % but works like 65%. I was using heaven's rod in aurora borealis and i was still getting more crates that mythical and legendary. Also I should be able to pull Meg with heaven's rod but instead an arctic user gets it first. Its so frustrating cause I spent 300k in spawning a meg
