Thanks for the walk down memory lane. I've got the same records when I started on turntables in the 80s. My humble opinion, the decade of the 80s had some of the best music to play. You could keep the dance floor crowded all night.

    Great video .
Started collecting records early 80s. Whole stuff you just showed. Jonzun Crew, rock master Scott-request line…..all the good records we could get here in Germany imported from the US.
Now I’m 52 and just started as a bed room DJ as I ever since wanted to do that when I was 12yrs old.
Love your videos. Keep on doing it!
    Greetings from Germany

Thanks for the trip down memory lane… that whole skating scene back in the day was awesome, I would go about 3 times a week! (58yr old DJ)

Great Video, I was a roller skater too, I did my first party in 1978... Rock Lobster was my record... that first party was a mess - but everyone had a blast because they brought records for me to play.

Been watching 👀 u since 2010 when me and my wife started out as a Dj. Team playing alternative clubs. ( Chicago suburbs mostly) your tutorials, and gear reviews were very helpful. Just wanted to say thanks, your efforts are appreciated. 😊

There is a DJ Afterlife, you know.. I've been and came back. It's really nice, music all the time, without cease. Lots of chicks, too.

Sounds like how I ended up doing my first DJ gig, Brian. Although, it was at a bowling alley.
