Not everyone is tech savy including me, we don't use these up to date phones , how would we manage we are not alone I'm sure plenty of older folks don't have a clue on all the technicalities involved. Also where abouts is this hotel I've never heard of it.? I do use my tablet but wouldn't want to carry it about all the time. Thanks for all your hard work keeping us up to date with all information Lanzorote.

We have been staying in villas for 25 years Each time before when in hotel we got no peace for all the noise day and night, but I am sure hopefully things have changed .

To be honest we booked this hotel based on your glowing reviews, and it is nothing special. We are sitting waiting for the second night for service in the restaurant and there is no one around,my opinion is that it is nothing more than a budget hotel masquerading as an eco friendly place. We are here until the 25th you are welcome to see if our opinion has changed but I doubt it .
UPDATE: It seems to be that a most guests must be B&B only because breakfast is very busy. Even if you had an army of staff I doubt that they could keep up with the demands of guests. We have learned to go for breakfast just as it opens of just before it finishes to avoid the rush. Busy or not the food is still nice, and it must be the first hotel I have stayed in that the breakfast coffee actually tastes like coffee. DINNER is the polar opposite to Breakfast and you would not believe that you were in the same Hotel. The food is excellent the staff are professional and polite and you can believe that you are getting a freshly cooked meal with fresh local ingredients for the same price as other hotels charge for mass produced buffets. One slightly negative point is you have to be quite tec savvy to negotiate the restaurant booking and online menu, and if you’re over 21 you might struggle to read the menu on your phone 😃, but that’s a very small niggle and is more my experience than anything.
Dave as always a pro production BUT!! My wife pointed out something I cannot stop looking at within the rooms? Once you see it you cannot look at it in the same way. What did she say I hear you ask? Well You pointed out the art work of a volcano eruption on the wall. My wife pointed out a giant vagina and thats what she saw, not only that she saw it menstruating too!! I know it's bad but the thing is I've already booked the hotel now and will be greeted every morning with this image. Still looking forward to staying but what an image to wake up to every morning. Just hope theres no mood swings with the room!!. As always much love to your family ❤
Sorry travelon, but here at the moment and for a four star hotel it is poor, where do I start, the good, cleanliness second to none,staff mostly great, that's it, now the downside, auto check in hasn't worked for 8 days (we're on day 9), the so called pool bar in the 'relax' area isn't open till 4 in the day,so you have to go to the family area for drinks and food (and the food is not of a great standard and expensive for what it is) the spa (which is in the 'relax' area) now becomes the kids club , noisy!!!, , breakfast is varied but hot food is cold as soon as you remove it from the hot lamps, are evening meals are not worth the money, sorry too many things are not 4⭐, just disappointed,

Yes it was Laurie, stayed there in the 90s, We stayed there beginning of May this year and I can confirm that it is excellent
What was the temperature like in Feb. Is sunbathing/swimming an option? Noticed you had a coat on!!
