subscribed you quite a while for your tutorial of polishing aluminium with wd40. that worked very well....... watching this teardown in detail was a pleasure. You know exactly what you do. Really impressive and very interesting for a non motobiker 👍👍 keep up your new videos. Greetings from south germany
@projectdirtbikes traveling at 100kms an hour. (The clutch plates broke apart) Went into engine, rear wheel locked up and somehow I survived not crashing and dieing.
I spent 10grand aud. On it and had for 3 months. Full service history everything was perfect. I will never buy a Kawasaki again, but my dad loves them.
i put a 400 engine on my 125 frame ...it require engine work to make the power manageable but it is a sweet ride.....no it doesnt fit direct!!!! if you arent a consistent rider and use your head...i dont recommend doing this 27 hp to 57 hp! it works great in the desert!!
@@projectdirtbikes good! if your thinking of making a like bike you will need to reduce the compression ratio. that will require a machinist and a heliarc welder. and remember to reinforce the struting. 57 ponies is alot of wrestling while your riding. so my friend think it through!
@@projectdirtbikes im currently working out an idea for two 100 cc motors driving two independent rear tires on a desert bike. the throttling is a pain, i have the shifting linkage fixed. no it wont wheelie! lloooll but it will climb walls BTW im doing all the work other than consults in a huge garage on the farm! the swing arm was easy to figure.... doesnt hurt im an retired engineer! lol again
Yeah, it definitely wasn't in any shape to be ridden safely. I knew that it was missing lots of hardware when I bought it, so that is one of the nice things about having a parts bike to take stuff from.

Was that really all that was holding that bike together?Make sure you watch what you get from that bike it may be dangerous?
